Strategic Employment Land Availability Assessment (March 2017)

The South East Lincolnshire Strategic Employment Land Availability Assessment (SELAA) examines potential sites for meeting South East Lincolnshire’s employment needs. It provides evidence which underpins the Local Plan’s decisions on employment land allocations but it does not, in itself , determine whether a site should be allocated for development. This is because not all the sites considered in the SELAA are suitable for development. It is the role of the SELAA to provide information on the range of sites which are available to meet need, but it is for the Local Plan itself to determine which of those sites are most suitable to meet those needs.
