South East Lincolnshire Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment – January 2018 Up-date

Revised site assessments have been produced for the following settlements:

  1. Boston – changes affect:
    1. all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 5,900 to 6,111 dwellings; and
    2. the addition of an assessment for an additional site (Fis017a).
  2. Crowland – changes affect all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 500 to 524 dwellings.
  3. Donington – changes affect all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 450 to 472 dwellings.
  4. Fishtoft – the only change affects site Fis041, setting out new information concerning the mitigation of potential impacts on heritage assets
  5. Holbeach – changes affect all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 2,100  to 2,202 dwellings.
  6. Kirton – changes affect:
    1. all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 500 to 514 dwellings; and
    2. the assessments for sites Kir003 and Kir037 to reflect new information concerning their availability
  7. Long Sutton – changes affect all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 580 to 608.
  8. Moulton – changes affect:
    1. all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 90 to 190 dwellings; and
    2. the assessment for site Mou035 to reflect new information concerning its availability.
  9. Pinchbeck – changes affect all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 240 to 252 dwellings.
  10. Spalding – changes affect:
    1. all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 5,255 to 5,510 dwellings;
    2. to amend the assessment of site Mon005′ achievability; and
    3. to correct the map to clearly differentiate sites Mon005 and Mon025.
  11. Sutterton – changes affect:
    1. all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 300 to 308 dwellings; and
    2. the addition of an assessment for an additional site (Sut034).
  12. Sutton Bridge – changes affect:
    1. all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 260 to 273 dwellings; and
    2. to correct the map to show site Sub027.
  13. Swineshead – changes affect all site assessments to reflect the increase in the settlement’s housing target from 400 to 411.
