Monitoring is an essential part of the Local Plan production process, and the Plan sets out indicators, targets and monitoring mechanisms against which the effectiveness of its policies and strategies can be assessed. Monitoring Reports will be published that will assess:
- whether the Plan is achieving its objectives; and
- whether the production milestones set out in the Local Development Scheme are being met.
