Examination

Welcome to the South East Lincolnshire Local Plan Examination Page.

The independent Inspectors appointed to conduct the examination are Elizabeth Ord LLB(Hons) LLM MA DipTUS and Anne Napier BA(Hons) MRTPI MIEMA CEnv.  The Inspectors will determine whether the Local Plan is ‘sound’ and legally compliant.  There will be Hearing Sessions to assist in reaching their conclusions.  The Local Plan cannot be adopted until the Inspectors agree it can be done.

This part of the website will be continuously updated as the examination progresses, with the most up to date information, contained within the Latest News Page.

The Core Documents, which contain all essential documentation relating to the submitted Local Plan are contained within this part of the website.  To view the Core Documents, please click here.
