Examination

Welcome to the South East Lincolnshire Local Plan Examination Page.

The independent Inspectors appointed to conduct the examination are Elizabeth Ord LLB(Hons) LLM MA DipTUS and Anne Napier BA(Hons) MRTPI MIEMA CEnv.  The Inspectors will determine whether the Local Plan is ‘sound’ and legally compliant.  There will be Hearing Sessions to assist in reaching their conclusions.  The Local Plan cannot be adopted until the Inspectors agree it can be done.

This part of the website will be continuously updated as the examination progresses, with the most up to date information, contained within the Latest News Page.

Dates for the Public Consultation on the Proposed Main Modifications – The South East Lincolnshire Joint Strategic Planning Committee have agreed the dates for the public consultation on the proposed main modifications to the plan.  The consultation will take place from 9.00 am on Monday 16th July 2018 until 5.00 pm on Tuesday 28th August 2018.

The Joint Policy Unit will be writing to all previous consultees in due course providing full details of the process.
